Here In The Doghouse: This is a new version of a song I previously recorded with Big Kat Kaylor and the Jacuzzi Blues Band that enjoyed an eighteen year stay on digital radio.
Keith Brewer-vocal, Irene Kelly-background vocals, David Russell-acoustic guitar, Ric Latina-electric guitar, Robert Stapleton-cigar box guitar, bass, drums
The Old Folks Boogie: There really is a place like this in Nashville. Probably one in your town too.
Guest Jon Conley (from Kenny Chesney's band) burns this one up.
Keith Brewer-vocal, Jon Conley-acoustic and electric guitar, Robert Stapleton-bass, Taylor Jones-drums
The Second Time Around: Sometimes the make-up after the break-up is the best part.
Steve Holeman-vocal and electric guitars, Robert Stapleton-cigar box guitar, bass, organ, drums
Pocket Full Of Dreams: This track features Steve Holeman's honest lyrics about unfulfilled dreams coupled with the insane rockin' guitar part from special guest Jon Conley (Kenny Chesney's band).
Steve Holeman-vocal, David Russell-acoustic guitar, Jon Conley-electric guitar, Robert Stapleton cigar box guitar, bass, drums
Pretty, Even When She's Angry: I get asked a lot of questions about this title. If we're being honest, sometimes a guy is so enamored of how a gal looks that the spell is not even broken by her anger.
This was just an average song until Dave added his guitar track.
David Russell-acoustic guitar, Robert Stapleton cigar box guitar, bass, synth, drums
Find Me There: A tribute to first responders everywhere. I know a gal that does this in addition to working a full time job. When an emergency happens she is up all night connecting the rescuers to those that need rescue and often goes days without sleep. She deserved a song. They all do.
Keith does a great job on harmony as well as lead vocals on this one.
Keith Brewer-lead and background vocals, David Russell-acoustic guitar, Robert Stapleton cigar box guitar, bass, drums
Every Day Above Ground: Originally released in 1998 by Big Kat Kaylor, this became the theme song for a DJ battling cancer. It has enjoyed an eighteen year stay on digital radio and has been in the plans for a movie. This version is more acoustic than the original. Love 'em both.
Keith Brewer-vocal, David Russell-acoustic guitar, Robert Stapleton, cigar box guitar, electric guitar, bass, drums
I Dream Big Dreams: She's got it all and he'll do whatever it takes to win her.
Keith Brewer-lead and background vocals, David Russell-acoustic guitar, Robert Stapleton cigar box guitar, bass, drums
Whenever It Rains: I was feeling down one day as a storm approached. As I shut the windows I thought about maybe opening them instead and just letting the rain wash over me. What hides tears better than rain?
Steve Holeman-vocal and electric guitar, Irene Kelly-background vocals, David Russell-acoustic guitar, Robert Stapleton cigar box guitar, bass, synth
I'm Over You: The proximity of an attractive partner can muddy a person's thinking. I'm Over You is a play on words I'm sure you'll understand.
Keith Brewer-vocal, David Russell-acoustic guitar, Robert Stapleton cigar box guitar, electric guitar, bass, drums
